Sr Manager Consulting Unit

As a Sr Consulting Manager, you will work closely with the Consulting Director to support the evolution and implementation of our business strategy, liasing with and supporting a team of technical consulting managers and institutionaly representing WayCarbon externally with clients and partners. Your mission will be the delivery of key strategic transformational goals in the consulting unit including (i) the business internationalization, (ii) the delivery of solutions in continuous evolution and (iii) the strenghening of our digital capabilities.

• Lead the Consulting Unit Operations;
• Mantain C-Level client reletionship;
• Support the Director in the Consulting Unit strategy evolution and implementation;
• Respond for the results of the Consulting Unit in the short, medium and long term;
• Make tactical and strategical decisions;
• Authorize processes of hiring, promotion and dismissals, guaranteeing the right composition of management staff;
• Support the consolidation of the Consulting Unit budget and support the execution by the management team;
• Perform activities related to the development of people such as training and capacity building, performance evaluations and alignment of expectations;
• Planning and organizing the Consulting Unit activities, allocation of material, financial and human resources;
• Ensuring quality internal communication with the team and other Business Units;
• Making decisions regarding strategy implementation, global objectives and direction of the Business Unit, developing and acting on action plans;
• Approving and monitoring the implementation of broad policies and projects;
• Support the organizational integration, implementation of corporate processes, championing the use maximization of management tools;
• Support People Development by the alignment of objectives and establishment of KPIs;
• Provide robust Business Unit Management (Operational, Tactical, Strategic and Financial);
• Represent WayCarbon, institutionaly, in the market;
• Provide Internal Management Routine Execution, if necessary.

• Master Degree or MBA;
• Solid work experience in Strategic Management Consulting. Experience in the leading strategic consulting companies is a differential;
• Solid work experience in leadership and management position;
• English Proficiency;
• Desirable Spanish Proficiency;
• Used to apply critical view and logical thinking;
• Self motivated and goal driven;
• Passioned about help clientes on thier sustainability and climate change challenges. Work experience on these areas is a differential.
